There are many ways in which you can make soccer training drills stimulating and productive for your players. These methods will make the drills and practice session very exciting and full of enthusiasm. They are:
1.The kids must enjoy the drills: As I said, youth soccer is all about having fun in the game. Each practice session should be laid out in advance and you should take the onus for this. For example, start with warm-up drills that prepare them for the physical activity. Then progress to advanced drills such as passing, dribbling, and trapping the ball.
Let the kids use their creative talents to mould their outlook when in the field. Encourage them to adopt and practice new and inventive methods in playing. Though, ensure that you do not experiment a great deal. A productive session is one that is composed of both new and old techniques.

3.Adapt to their age: Teaching soccer to the young is mainly between the age of 7 to 14. In this age, such drills that actually excite the kids is difficult but essential nonetheless. So spend some time creating drills that interest the kids.
And, adopt a relaxed approach with the kids. Instruct them in a very congenial tone so that they are able to get the essence behind the drills.
